Pines Vertical Compression NC Tube Benders

Like all Pines equipment, the vertical compression benders are rugged, reliable American-made machines that will last a lifetime. Pines Models 3T and 5T high-capacity vertical benders are equipped with hydraulically cushioned wing dies, a Pines DAB-7 control, die holders, variable ram speed, variable wing die pressure control, automatic lubrication, and all electrical and hydraulic controls.

Model 3T

The Model 3T Vertical Compression Bender is self-contained with a hydraulic oil reservoir incorporated in the base and equipped with a water-cooled heat exchanger, 20 HP electric motor, hydraulic pump, and all necessary valves.

The Model 5T expands on the Model 3T, including an outboard wing die cushion assembly, wing die holder extensions, and necessary piping to permit bending two tubes at once vs. the Model 3T’s one tube at a time.
