660 End Finishing Machine

The 660 enables operators of all experience levels to accurately finish up to 1,875 ends an hour. It allows you to free up lathes or other expensive machines on a wide range of work, such as simultaneous inside-outside deburring, chamfering, and facing. It can also increase production and improve accuracy over abrasive belts, deburring wheels, or other similar methods.

  • Capable of tubing range from 7/16" to 2" diameter

  • Manually lever operated or optional air operated

  • The Pines Model 660 End Finishing Machine is built to stock with the following standard equipment:
  • Capable of tubing range from 7/16” to 2” diameter
  • Manually lever operated
  • ¾ HP motor
  • Finish up to 1500 ends per hour

Many options are available to customize the machine. Including but not limited to:
  • Air operated – Increased production by 25% – 30%
  • Standard tool holder seats three bites for inside-outside deburring, chamfering and facing.
  • Special tool holder – no tool bits – covers work for 1/8” min OD through 5/8” max OD
  • Standard tool bits – fits standard tool heads. Size from 7/16” min to 2” max
  • Tool setting gauge
  • Vertical mounting base
  • Coolant unit
  • 1 HP Modification – Motor has 560 – 1250 RPM range
