Rebuilt Equipment

Pines benders are built to last. Machines built in the 50s are still running production today. But, just like any piece of machinery, there comes a time when mechanical parts wear out and electronic replacement parts become obsolete. If that ever happens, rest assured, Pines is here to help. We offer a full range of rebuild services that extends from a fully remanufactured bender to evaluation and upgrade of only the components necessary to restore the machine to a safe and reliable operating condition.

Rebuilds

Pines has a rotation of rebuilt machines being prepared for sale. These machines are acquired by Pines and are completely rebuilt with all new mechanical components and electronics. Typically, the only re-used items in the rebuild are the base, nose, arm weldments or castings, and any cylinders that are determined to be in excellent condition. All other components are replaced, and the bender is equipped with the latest Pines Control Technology.

Evaluation and Upgrades

In addition to the option of purchasing a new or rebuilt machine, Pines can also evaluate your aging bender to determine if it’s a good candidate for a complete rebuild, for a control upgrade, or just get it back into good working condition. Our service technicians are available to perform on-site evaluations and repairs. And if you desire a more extensive rebuild/recondition, shipping the machine to Pines for evaluation will allow our team to determine exactly what’s needed to repair, rebuild, or to upgrade your machine.

For evaluation and upgrade options, contact 440-278-7200 or your regional sales person as listed in the Contact section of our site. When doing so, be sure to note your model and serial number.
