Manual Tube & PIpe Benders
Pines manual NC and CNC benders are capable of fast, repeatable bending of tube and pipe up to 14″ O.D., offering rugged dependability and high-production of multiple bend parts. These powerful automatic precision benders offer fast set-up and change-over advantages, along with an advanced level of programming to deliver high performance and flexibility in bending operations. Our line of heavy-duty bending machines are the workhorses of the industry, providing the best performance around the globe.
Model 1
Configuration
The Pines Model 1 is built to stock with the following standard equipment:
- Counter clockwise rotation
- 1xD bend capability
- Standard pressure die holder and master bar
- Clamp die holder
- Mandrel extractor
- 7 Inch color touch screen Dial-A-Bend® DAB 7 Control
- Independent clamp and pressure die close
- Standard wiper die holder
Many options are available to customize the machine. Including but not limited to:
- In-line pressure die assist
- Electric controls (swing and stationary arms)
- Mandrel lubricator
- Base extensions for increased tube over mandrel length
- Overhead tie bars
- Laser scanner or safety mat to guard the swing arm area
