Manual Tube & PIpe Benders

Pines manual NC and CNC benders are capable of fast, repeatable bending of tube and pipe up to 14″ O.D., offering rugged dependability and high-production of multiple bend parts. These powerful automatic precision benders offer fast set-up and change-over advantages, along with an advanced level of programming to deliver high performance and flexibility in bending operations. Our line of heavy-duty bending machines are the workhorses of the industry, providing the best performance around the globe.

Model 1

Configuration

The Pines Model 1 is built to stock with the following standard equipment:

  • Counter clockwise rotation
  • 1xD bend capability
  • Standard pressure die holder and master bar
  • Clamp die holder
  • Mandrel extractor
  • 7 Inch color touch screen Dial-A-Bend® DAB 7 Control
  • Independent clamp and pressure die close
  • Standard wiper die holder

Many options are available to customize the machine. Including but not limited to:

  • In-line pressure die assist
  • Electric controls (swing and stationary arms)
  • Mandrel lubricator
  • Base extensions for increased tube over mandrel length
  • Overhead tie bars
  • Laser scanner or safety mat to guard the swing arm area
