Field Service

Our policy is to build the best possible bending machines. Period. We believe the job does not end when our machines leave the plant. It continues indefinitely, as we provide on-going support for the proper maintenance and operation of your bending equipment.   We know how important continuous production is to your bottom line and we are committed to help.

That’s why our dedicated team of field service technicians – experienced in bending, setup, mechanical and electrical components, controls, and automated part handling equipment – are available to come out to provide technical assistance and supervision. Our technicians can perform on-site repairs, evaluations and upgrades, and can train your operating and maintenance personnel to keep things up and running smoothly.

In many cases, a visit from us to help diagnose your problem may not be necessary. That’s why many of our machines are equipped with user-allowed network capability for secure remote access and troubleshooting. In addition, mobile phone cameras and video conferencing may allow our certified service technicians to help you troubleshoot your machine issues in real time.
